San Clemente, California (Orange County) - A Rectangular Shaped UFO

I saw a rectangular UFO in the night sky with my whole family over OC. Very bright, second brightest object in sky besides the moon. The object appeared to twist or change shape. Blue/white lights coming out of it. Someone in a near by location pointed a searchlight at the clouds below the object. I can't find any news reports or current UFO reports and it's driving me nuts. This thing was amazing. hope to hear about it from other.

Brampton, Ontario - Bright Light

I was in Brampton, Ont. Sat.Sept.20th, We were doing a gig there and between sets we go outside to smoke. At around 10:00pm I noticed a bright object moving across the sky south to north. I pointed at the object and said to my friend. Check that out and she replied "it's a plane" and I said no and pointed at a plane directly above my head and said "That's a plane" she replied Huh! There were two couple's behind me and they said it too and were mentioning what it might be. When I went inside the club another friend came up to me and said "(name removed), did you see the space station?" and I replied "Oh is that what it was? Do you know if the space station flew by on Sat night?

Enderby, British Columbia - Line Of Red Lights

Time: 8:00 p.m. -11:00 p.m.
My boyfriend and I were walking back from the store that night and looking up at the stars. A light, almost like a star appeared and grew larger and larger almost like it was coming closer. Just behind it was a aircraft, getting closer to the light (it was like a spotlight in the sky). We were so amazed by it we had to tell someone. At that time the aircraft had caught up. It had disappeared. All this happened in about 5 minutes. A few minutes later it had re-appeared and gone again. We had seen other lights after that, about an hour half after this happened we saw a line of red lights (all attached with one dark light. Example: red, red, red, red and dark red slowly passing by ) It had got small as it passed and turned into a white light (like a star) and all we could see was a blurry shape in the sky. We have no clue as to what this was, but it was something we had never seen in our lives. Any answers?

East Of Port Angeles, Washington - Bright Object

I stepped out onto my deck at about 7:30 (approximately...not sure) and noticed what I thought was the International Space Station cruising by. It looked exactly like the space station. It was traveling from West to East (possibly a little North East but very slightly). I called my husband out and we watched it travel overhead. Just now I looked up the orbit of the space station to see if I could see it tomorrow and the information online says that I shouldn't have been able to see it at all. The last time it was visible here (I live 10 miles east of Port Angeles, WA, USA) was on the 19th of September. Or so they say. the information was just updated today. Can you help me out with this? It must have been the space station but the orbital tracker says it wasn't. This is strange.

Barrie, Ontario - Object Comes To A Dead Stop

At 10.13 pm two sightings 3 minutes apart, same objects as the November 2007 sighting. I saw two of them tonight, it kind of freaked me out. I was looking at the big dipper and they appeared in the same locations, 3 minutes apart. They traveled and stopped, then blinked out after 30 seconds. It even was about 3 to 4 minutes each and 2 to 3 minutes apart. I don't believe in UFOs, but I can tell you I won't sleep well tonight. I see jets and aircraft pass every night. Please Note, these we not jets or satellites. Jets and satellites don't stop dead and move the other way.
Additional Information: Barrie, Ontario Canada and the sighting happened on the evening of September 22, you know I am very neutral and reserved person who believe explanation and since my first thought would be a airplane or satellite. What really bugs me about this, is those objects can not stop dead in mid air and the lights don't shut off, they require to have them on at all times.
I did some research after the sighting and found many reports in Barrie, Ontario. There is one specific with video and pictures.

Being close to air traffic and Toronto International Airport, I know what lights in the sky would look like as we see them 30 times a night This object was no airplane or jet. This was very real. Normally I would say there's a reason for everything or an explanation. Either I'm getting old and seeing things or I'm going retarded or what I watched was real.

I came across your website when I was looking for an answer to what I saw today. Around 6:15am near Matthews Dr., I was driving to Niagara Falls from Welland, just passing Matthews Dr. and saw a very bright light in the sky and at first I thought it was a weird looking plane because it was so bright. Then I thought, no it has to be a cell phone tower. Then I realized there were no towers of any kind supporting it. I slowed down, realizing that whatever it was, was not moving, then I got very scared. I have never seen anything like it, but as I got even closer I noticed that whatever it is, it must be very large and it had 2 headlights (?) and was round (?). As I started driving away from it, I realized it was gone and that I was so scared that my legs felt weak. Hopefully someone else saw it, there were cars ahead of me, but I am very observant and others may have passed this off as nothing. I, on the other hand, definitely saw something. So if you know of any type of flying devices that were in the sky this morning I'd love to settle my.

Moncton, New Brunswick - A Bright White Silvery Oval Shaped Light

I am reporting yet another sighting in Moncton, Canada. This time it appeared to "come out" of a red/blue/green object and at first it was a small faded light, then grew into a bright white silvery light and travelled at a substantial speed to a point in the sky, where it faded then reappeared from where it was last seen. It then went back the exact same way it came forward. Both times it faded into view and then faded away. I've seen quite a few unidentified objects lately and before the at some point last week myself and my sister in-law witnessed 4 very, very large square objects moving slowly and at a low altitude. They traveled quite a distance in the sky and went from being 4 bright red lights to 2 faded lights without a sound. Then hovered in the night sky for about 5 minutes or so. We are seeing these lights on a nightly basis and I have checked with other people I know who work at the airport here where I live and they've said they cannot talk about things like that.

Caledonia, Nova Scotia Orange Lights Moving Over Tree Line

My boyfriend and I seen some strange lights last night over Caledonia, Nova Scotia, Canada. There appeared to be 6-8 small orange lights in a perfect line moving over the tree-line. There is no towers, personal or for broadcasting reasons (TV, Cell, Radio, etc.) in the area in which we had seen these lights, however there is a tower with red lights 5 minutes down the road that we couldn't see from this point (I reconfirmed that tonight by driving from different angles to this point where we seen the lights). The perfect line of lights stayed for no more then a minute, and it appeared the car in front of us might have seen it as well as they put their brake lights on, but proceeded along as did we. After about a minute the lights just vanished. No sudden movement or any blinking, just as if they were not ever there.
On my way home this evening, I took my time in hopes of seeing the same lights again to have an explanation to put my BF's mind at ease (I was raised to know that life exists beyond us and our Mother Earth therefore have no problem with the thought of one day meeting "visitors"). However I did not. Though I did see one single light, the same colour orange, about 10 minutes away from the sighting of last night, that was shaped like the "thumb nail" moon, but upside-down in appearance. It was over the tree-line where a number of Christmas trees are planted. There is no light pollution in this area, and the stars were brightly displayed with no moon. This seemed to 'turn off' or vanish as soon as I came in to the picture and slowed down to a stop to view it. I even did a u-turn and went up the road, then came back again just incase it was a tower or a light in the distance. There wasn't anything the second drive-by. So was let disappointed & more curious then ever.
Both times there was no sound whatsoever to go with the lights. Perhaps they were nothing to get excited over, and maybe just our minds playing tricks on us. There is an Canadian Airforce base not too far from this area, so I am familiar with different lights, sounds and what not day or night and don't recall ever seeing such objects or lights as I have these past two nights before.

North West Penrith, Cumbria UK - Unknown Object And A Call To The Police

I just posted this on my friends website, then searched Google in case it was also spotted by more people. It is still early yet as it only happened a few hours ago. At 9.45 pm tonight I was locking my front door and heading upstairs when I looked out the hall window and noticed what a calm clear night it was, and how the stars seemed to be real bright, brighter than I have ever seen before. Then I noticed a bright light heading towards my house. At first I thought a shooting star. So I thought I better make a wish. I thought to myself, then as it got closer I could make out details that dismissed it as a shooting star. It was flying the height of a small aircraft and it was bright, real bright white at the front with and orange in the middle, but the thing that grabbed me was the sparks coming from the back, nothing like a meteor I may add. It was way too slow for something like that and the speed was constant and the angle was the same. It was not heading towards the ground as a comet or anything would, but steady on it's path. Also it did not seem to be burning up.
I called the police I was that concerned that no one would see it but myself. I told the police I was calling them because I wanted them to check the seismic readings from Scotland to see if anything hit the ground. They said they had no reports, then the cop rang me back and told me it was just a military exercise! I mean c'mon man, how dumb do you have to be to let it go at that I thought. So I asked the cop to contact the RAF and see if anything was seen on radar. The cop called me back again, this time he said that it was nothing he could explain and no one could. I then said, but you just told me it was a military exercise. The cop stumbled for a moment, then not knowing what to say as he had just back tracked on his first statement about it being military. He then said, well we have had nothing on radar and nothing from Glasgow seismic monitoring station. I have a number to call the MOD in the morning, believe it or not they wanted me to leave all this on the DOD answering machine, but I refused and said I will speak to someone in the morning. I will post here the outcome of this as soon as I get off the phone with them.
I was looking at the plough. (7 sisters) It came from that direction and headed s/sw. It was not falling, it was not on fire and it never made a sound. It looked like electrical sparking or the kind of sparks you see in a steelworks factory, just like the old Flash Gordon ships used to spark. That's the only way I can describe it. Anyway I can't be the only one to have seen this, as it was just on the outside of my town of about 60.000 population. So keep an eye on the web for sightings in the NW UK on 22 September at 9.45 pm. I have a strange feeling, not a bad one, but a good calming feeling about me I guess I'm just happy I witnessed this, but I feel real happy, strange I know. I will keep you informed.

Object With Different Colors In Virginia

My Mom was outside on my front porch smoking, when she told me to come look. When I went out we was looking at a spot in the sky pretty far away. It was just sitting there did not look like it was moving at all. You could see lights flashing from the object. Not flashing off and on, looked like they was flashing constantly. It stayed in the spot for about 30 minutes if not longer. It looked as if it was turning but not moving. Occasionally it looked as if it was moving a tiny bit. So I went to get my binoculars to see if I could get a better look, when I looked in the binoculars it was not very clear because it was pretty far away, but you could see several lights that were different in color and see that it was not moving.
My Dad, husband and Grandma looked in the binoculars and saw the same thing. So I got my camera and took some pictures. I zoomed in as much as I could and seen the lights and got some pretty good pictures. We have no idea what we were looking at, but we all seen it and we all believe it was something odd. What we saw with our eyes, ears and camera was the same. When you seen the pictures and looked in the binoculars you did not see something different is what gets me.

Warm Bay, Atlin, British Columbia - Bright Light

I saw a bright light in the night sky moving horizontally to the north. The light was East South-East of my location at Warm Bay on the east shore of Atlin Lake. The light was brighter than any aircraft I have ever seen in this location. The light made no sound though it was at a great distance from me, possibly 10-20 km away, low on the horizon. The bright light lasted 8-10 seconds and then took an additional 5 seconds to fade slowly out. It's speed was that of small single-engine aircraft. However, in 17 years of living at this remote location in the bush I have only ever seen 2-3 small aircraft flying at night as very few pilots around here fly by use of Instrument Flight Rule (IFR) necessary for night-time navigation.

Louis Head Beach, Nova Scotia Object Lit Up The Ocean And More

On September 24 at about 10:00pm my partner and I were looking out over the bay at Louis Head Beach, Nova Scotia (near Shelburne). Up in the sky there was a very bright light that lit up the ocean below. A few seconds later the light went out. After a few more seconds, 3 orange lights appeared. They were close together in a horizontal line and were blinking. Then it was gone. There was no sound associated with the lights. We would be interested to know if anyone else saw these lights.

Near Lake Lanier, North Georgia - Low Flying Bright Light

Time: Approx: 10:00 p.m.
I live near Lake Lanier in North, Georgia and have been frequently star gazing in the evening as the weather and the sky have been wonderful. Crystal clear skies and low 50 degree weather make it possible to sit for hours. Last night around 10pm I decided to stand outside and take a look off my back porch which looks to the west. I saw the typical stars and planets, and of course aircraft, always with their tell tail strobe. I noticed a very large slow moving object that appeared to travel from the south heading north just above the tree-line in a very low orbit. It was at least 5x in diameter of the brightest star in the sky and easily 5x as bright. It was distinctly yellow in color, and took approximately 1 to 2 minutes to pass out of view. There was no trail, and no change in course.
I checked various Nasa and satellite websites, and entered in my long and lat, and have found nothing. Based on the speed at which this object moved I have a hard time thinking it was a meteor, but then again with no satellite data reporting a flyover in my area. I'm baffled.

St. Thomas, Ontario - Three Silent Glowing Oval Disks

I was walking home from work, September 24th, and as I was walking down Fifth Street to my house I happened to look up at the sky for a brief moment, I seen nothing out of the normal until a sudden movement in the sky caught my eye. I looked up again and saw three silent oval glowing (white) disks. I continued to watch thinking maybe it was just my eyes playing a game on me but after about 20 seconds I realized it was legit. The disks stood still for another 10 seconds before slowly switching into a rotating triangular pattern, in which lasted roughly 5 seconds, after they started moving slowly south, and then shot off in a streak of light.

Cheraw, South Carolina Large Green Ball Explodes And Beams Of Light

Well, as I was coming home from town I looked up at the sky because it was raining. As I was looking out over the field a big green looking ball explodes and like beams of light shoots off of it and it disappears. I thought we were being bombed or something. My fiancé looked at me and said what was that. I was so scared I couldn't sleep. It was no transformer blowing up because it was a neon green and it made no sound. I can't even explain it. It exploded taller than the trees, it was huge. Please contact me I want be able to sleep until I know what that was. It happened not even a mile from my home.

Lafourche And Terrebonne Parishes, Louisiana - Object Lights Up Sky Blue

My friend and I seen the object flying horizontal at very fast speed. Then we heard a noise (BOOM) then the sky glowed a light pail blue, which was seen at least 30 miles in each direction. The light was so bright we had to look away. The next morning the radio station was swamped with calls from people seeing and hearing the boom from miles in all directions from where I was at the time of seeing this. No authorities can explain was this was but I know it was a UFO. If someone else has seen this or can help us get more resources that we may look into to get a better understand of this great seeing.

Vernon, British Columbia - Disc Shaped UFO (Photos And Diagram)

On 9-26-8, around 5:00pm, I saw a strange disc like object in the western sky, Vernon, BC. It was at cloud level, and disappeared into up the clouds as quick as I got one not-so-great photo which I will attach with its zoom. I have also drawn a picture to show exactly what it looked like to the naked eye.

Gibbons, Alberta - A Planet Like Blob Of Light

Time: 8:00 p.m.
We were out walking in the valley that runs beside and through town when we spotted this bright light almost directly above us. It was the size of a Jupiter or Venus when they are at their largest and low on the horizon. So a very large blob of light and kind of orange-yellow like you would expect a planet or reflecting object to be.
We didn't realize it was moving at first because of the tree tops waving around and we were moving too, but then it became apparent that it was tracking East-by-North-East, and actually moving quite rapidly. Faster than an airplane or satellite. There were no flashing lights whatsoever and the object did not change intensity or colour the entire time it was in view (two to three minutes).
We ran up the hill to follow it before we lost it behind the trees (which obscured a great portion of the sky from where we were down in the valley) but despite this it managed to disappear behind some treetops for about 10-15 seconds, during which it vanished. When we emerged from the trees, there were no clouds in the vicinity of sky it vanished in.
