A photograph that shows what appears to be a missile-like object with flames was taken on Monday January 25th 2010 in Harbour Mille Newfoundland. Witnesses say that the object appeared to have originated from the water, and that there appeared to be at least two other objects sighted as well. It was reported that the RCMP initially stated that the object was a French missile, but have since retracted that statement. Canadian Department of National Defence (DND) have made no official statement at this time frustrating at least one local MP who is concerned for the safety of area residents.
