historic site in Merritt. Last night while
vacuuming the hallway from the restaurant to the
public bathrooms, I looked up from the floor to
see a black figure move across the hallway from
the banquet room through the closed back door to the kitchen.
Witness Hypothesis: My guess is that
approximately ten years ago, there was a lady
that cooked in the kitchen at the hotel, and she
used to cook for banquets. She was well liked
by employers and staff, she passed away from
cancer. I think that she still thinks she is cooking for banquets.
