Francis Street (Delta)- Private Residence
Reports from witnesses: cupboards opening, voices heard, laughter heard from the furnace room. Neighbors have reported hearing screams and one neighbor reports that the longest he remembers anyone staying there was four years. Although the house is currently occupied, there is some speculation from our staff that the current owners do not stay there at night, as there is no movement seen in the evening by people who know the house well.
